Chesaning Candlelight Walk – November 24th & 25th 2017
This event is produced by almost 1000 caring volunteers. From our local students, Boy Scouts, service groups, businesses and just good down to earth people.
This event has taken place every Thanksgiving weekend since 1983.
Our town shuts down the streets and goes back in time to a simpler life. You can walk along the luminous candles listening to carolers and bell ringers while smelling the roasted chestnuts in the air. Stop in to one of our local establishments for shopping, refreshments, or dinner. You can also visit Santa at the Public House. When finished giving your wishes to Santa you can browse through the trees and wreaths that local, talented people have created; and maybe even win one! End your evening with a relaxing free horse drawn carriage ride to start off your holiday season.
